Bobbei was great to work with from first phone call to closing. She has a great knowledge of the area and she really listened when we expressed what we wanted in a property . As soon as we talked with her for the first time, she promptly set up a portal listing properties at different locations in our price range. On her advice, we drove by the areas and properties first, this ruled out properties from locations we didn’t care for and saved us time. Once we decided on a property, she was very knowledgeable about the price similar properties sold for and negotiated a price we were happy with.
